(e) The motion to close debate takes precedence of all debatable motions.

Rule 3.3(b)(4) to be inserted reading "Any employee of the Senate Chair through the Senate Chair;"

Whereas, Students write their comments in their own handwriting (as opposed to filling in a machine-drawn bubble) on these yellow sheets;
Whereas, Professors receive the original yellow sheets;
Whereas, The majority of professors could identify at least a majority of their students' handwriting, making these comment forms non-anonymous;

Whereas, Many students use the Saturday shuttle service;
Whereas, The Saturday shuttle is generally more convenient and more reliable for students than the MACS bus system;
Whereas, Since students already pay for the UAF shuttles with student fees, they do not have to pay an additional fee to ride; and
