Minutes for ASUAF Senate Meeting 173-B

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 4:01pm in the Rasmusen Library room 340.

Roll Call:

Present were Senators Bole, Caulfield, Richards, Boone, Brown, Chambers, Luther, Pendleton, Lewis, Molnia, Duffy, Wassilie and Freitag.
Unexcused were Senators Scheiber and Martin.
Tardy was Senator Carvajal (4:16pm).

Appointment of Student Affairs Chair:

Senator Dufy nominated Senator Freitag, who declined the nomination. Senator Chambers Point of Information that Senator Duffy could only nominate one person for Student Affairs Committee Chair, and that he nominated someone last meeting. Senator Chambers nominated Senator Bole, who declined the nomination. Senator Molnia nominated Boone, who declined the nomination. Senator Boone nominated Senator Brown, who reluctantly accepted the nomination. Senator Freitag nominated Senator Richards, who declined the nomination. Without objection Senator Brown was appointed to the Chair of the Student Affairs Committee.

ASUAF Senate Meeting 173-E was called to order Sunday, October 11, 2009, at 4:03pm in the Rasmusen Library Media Classroom 340 by Senate Chair Joshua Luther. Senate Clerk (interim) Patrick Sanders, President Adrian Triebel, and Vice-President Todd Vorisek were also present.

Roll Call

Present were Senators Bole, Boone, Brown Carvajal, Caulfield, Chambers, Cunningham, Duffy, Earl, Ewers, Geary, Wassillie, Lewis, Luther, Martin, Molnia, and Pendleton.
Excused was Senator Freitag.
Tardy was Senator Richards(4:11pm).

ASUAF Senate Meeting 173-C was called to order Sunday, September 27, 2009, at 4:04pm in the Rasmusen Library Media Classroom 340 by Senate Chair Joshua Luther. Senate Clerk (interim) Patrick Sanders, President Adrian Triebel, adVice-President Todd Vorisek were also present.

Present were Senators Bole, Boone, Brown, Carvajal, Caulfield, Chambers, Cunningham, Duffy, Freitag, Lewis, Luther, Martin, Molnia, Richards, and Wassillie.
Excused was Senator Ewers.

Approval of Minutes

Senator Carvajal motioned to table minutes 172-N, and Senator Duffy seconded. Without objection Minutes 172-N were tabled. Senator Duffy motioned to approve Minutes 173-C and Senator Wassillie seconded. With no objection the minutes were approved.

ASUAF Senate Meeting 173-F was called to order Sunday, October 18, 2009, at 4:03pm in the Rasmusen Library Media Classroom 340 by Senate Chair Joshua Luther. Senate Clerk (interim) Patrick Sanders, President Adrian Triebel, and Vice-President Todd Vorisek were also present.

Senator Carvajal motioned to approve minutes 173E, and Senator Molnia seconded. Without objection Minutes 173-E were approved.

Senator Chambers made a point of information asking why there was no biography provided.

Minutes for ASUAF Senate Meeting 174-H

Call to Order

The ASUAF senate was called to order at 4:05 PM by Senate Chair Senator Ryan Duffy in the Alumni Lounge of Constitution Hall. Also Present was President Todd Vorisek, Vice President Jay Leonard, Government Relations Director Nicole Carvajal, and Recycling Director Ryan Good.

Roll Call

Present were Senators Caulfield, Bole, Brown, Cervin, Duffy, Freitag, Cunningham, Martin, Farrell, White, and Helms.

Excused were Meyers, Grzeskowiak-Amezquita (arrived at 4:38), and Currey.

Unexcused was Senator Wilhelm.

Approval of Minutes

174-G- Senator Farrell motioned to approve the minutes, seconded by Senator Bole. With no objections the minutes are approved.

Consideration

Kallen Mead for Election Board- With no objections the appointment is sent to Internal Affairs.

Confirmation

Joshua Cooper to ASUAF Senate- With a vote of 10-0 he is confirmed. He then took the oath of office.
