Senate Resolution 172-002A SRC Board Membership

Whereas, There has been concern raised that the SRC fails to meet qourum because there are too many members, and certain voting members who just don't show intiative
Whereas, Having a smaller SRC board does not disadvantage participation or decrease student representation, because the SRC board holds public meetings; and
Whereas, Having a smaller dedicated SRC board enables them to meet easier and address student problems faster; now therefore be it
Enacted, That the ASUAF Senate supports the new SRC Board Governance Agreement.
Fiscal Impact: $0.00
Purpose:
Let the SRC board know that ASUAF stands behind a decision to reduce thier membership
