Senate Bill 167-002A Club Council vs. Conflict of Interest

Whereas, The ASUAF Senate provides oversight for Club Council; and Whereas, It is beneficial to remain objective in regards to fiscal issues related to Club Council; now, therefore be it Enacted, That the following be inserted into the bylaws, with displaced bylaws renumerated accordingly: 626.2.1 No ASUAF Executive, Director, or Senator may hold the Financial Committee chair position within Club Council.
