Senate Bill 166-025A Because the Senate Loves Its Website

Whereas, The majority of material presented in the ASUAF pertains to the Senate;
Whereas, Placing the Website Director under the authority ofthe Senate would negate the need for a liason between the Senate and Website Director; and,
Whereas, This would provide easier access for the Senate to have the website updated to its specific wishes: now, therefore be it
Enacted, that the Website Director be removed from the jurisdiction of the execulive branch; and be it further
Enacted, That the Website Director be placed under the authority of the legislative branch; and be it further
Enacted, that the Website Director position be removed from the ASUAF Employee line item in the budget and be placed as a line item in the budget under the Senate Administration heading; and be it further
Enacted, 211.3.2 be inserted with any moved bylaws renumerated accordmgly. 211.3.2 To hire a Website Director.
