Senate Bill 166-024 Electing to Use Line Items

Whereas, Bylaw 931.4 allows Elections Board to automatically draw money from the Senate Project line of the budget; Whereas, The Elections Board has specific line items for advertising, paying poll workers, and buying "materials;" Whereas, The Elections Board also has a line item for conllngency, which may be spent on anything; and Whereas, The Elections Board may ask the Senate or those with the ability to spend from the Executive Contingency line for additional money as needed; now, therefore be it Enacted. Thai bylaw 931A be deleted.
