SB 176-013 Vice-President Referendum Question

Enacted, That the following question be placed on the ballot of the next ASUAF general election:

Shall Article III of the ASUAF Constitution, shown below in its entirety be deleted?

Article III - The Vice President

Section 1. The Vice-President shall be an ASUAF member in good academic standing (2.0 Cumulative G.P.A).

Section 2. The Vice-Presider)t shall assist the President in all duties of the President, as directed by the President.

Section 3. The Vice-President shall, with the consent of the President, serve as President on all committees on which the President serves, when the President is absent.

Section 4. The Vice-President shall assume the office of President should the President resign, be removed from, or be incapable of fulf1.lling the terms of his/her office, in which case a new Vice-President will be appointed by the President and confirmed by two-thirds vote of the Senate
