Whereas, The Rules of Procedure have not been updated since September 7, 2008; and
Whereas, It is important to check and update the Rules of Procedure each session; now, therefore be it
Directed, That the Rules of Procedure be updated before April 5, 2009; and be it further
Directed, That the Internal Affairs Committee is responsible for ensuring necessary legislative updates are corrected.
