Whereas; Persons attending the 2009 Juneau Legislative Affairs Conference through funding from the ASUAF Senate Budget are required to submit a signed ASUAF travel contract;
Whereas, Persons attending the same conference through funding from the ASUAF Executive Budget are not currently held to the same requirement;
Whereas, Both the Senate and Executive branches are funded by the same body, ASUAF members, and are responsible for ensuring that their actions and the actions of their representatives are in the best interest of the Members; and
Whereas, Both branches should be held to the same level of accountability; now therefore be it
Directed, That the ASUAF President ensure each person attending the 2009 Juneau Legislative Affairs Conference through funding from the ASUAF Executive Branch submit a signed ASUAF Travel Contract.
