SB 172-010A Creation of an IA subcommittee

Whereas, there is a concern over the conduct of one delegate sent to Juneau by ASUAF for the Legislative conference; now, therefore be it

Enacted, that the ASUAF Senate create the Juneau Investigation sub-committee of the IA committee; be it further

Enacted, that the members of the committee will be the current members of the Internal Affairs committee, with one additional student who was present in Juneau to be appointed by the President; and be it further

Enacted, that the chair of the committee will be the IA committee chair; and be it further

Enacted, that this committee be charged with conducting an investigation and reporting their findings to the ASUAF Senate.
