Whereas, Condoms have been shown to reduce the prevalence of unwanted pregnancies and STDs;
Whereas, Condoms cost money and some people are hesitant to purchase them for various reasons; and
Whereas, Freshmen would remember receiving a condom from ASUAF; now therefore be it
Enacted, That the ASUAF Senate allocates $350 from senate projects to purchase condoms and dental dams in ASUAF logo packaging to be distributed during the Fall 2009 Orientation; and be it further
Enacted, That the Public Relations Committee be charged with purchasing these condoms and dental dams.
