Whereas the elections board met unofficially on December 14, 2008 and discussed potential changes in the Elections Board Manual
Now therefore be it enacted that the following amendments be made to the Elections Board Manual:
704 The online polls shall be open from 12:01 am on the first day physical polls are open until the close of the final poll location or at latest 11:59 pm the last day of physical polls being open ate the discretion of the Elections Board.
